I have ...This was really important for me to read. I have always wanted to write and illustrate but did so secretly for the most part. I see now that having grown up with a mother who saw everything which was not 'useful' as in helping with chores or 'spiritual' as in going to church meetings as being (in her opinion) ungodly. This is why I haven't been able to really get going. It's a guilt thing I think and I didn't realize it until I read this article. Thank you so much for sharing.
